GovCIO is currently hiring for a data entry specialist to perform data entry with SharePoint and the ServiceNow App called CONNECT. This position is in Fayetteville, NC and will be an onsite position with flexible opportunity to occasionally work remote.

Performs data entry and ensures the correctness of data with project source documents. Consults with project support teams, stakeholders, and other staff for the accuracy of the data. Coordinates and identifies any recurring problems and recommends steps to reduce the severity or frequency of problems. May develop training documents and trains users as required. May utilize software tools to monitor the performance of project data and manage data to maintain project performance efficiencies. May create and document new methods supporting project related system operations and implement changes to procedures.

Performs data entry and performs checks to ensure correctness with source documents.
Prepares or ensures that appropriate documentation exists.
Recommend changes to improve application and dashboard configurations.
Performs at a high level of attention to detail.

High School with 0 - 3 years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

• Clearance Required: Secret

• Valid and Current U.S. Driver's License
