We are Global Traffic Distribution, the teams managing traffic engineering and edge for the client, and other brands, we manage DNS, Load Balancers, CDN, Edge services ... among other things.
We run on many compute platforms, all the way from bare-metal to AWS, running our own services, open source projects and cloud infra.
Your objective will be:
- Optimize our support pipelines, reduce toil and enhance the team Developer experience,.by* applying the SRE best practices, and using latest available tools.
- Complete on-call shifts by assisting our internal customers across various channels during designated working hours.
