We are seeking a skilled Operational SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) Consultant with a strong technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP APO modules and possess the ability to perform debugging and technical troubleshooting. While in-depth ABAP programming knowledge is not required, a solid understanding of the system's technical aspects is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support for SAP APO modules, including Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), and Global Available-to-Promise (GATP).
• Perform technical troubleshooting and debugging to resolve system issues and ensure smooth operation of SAP APO functionalities.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system errors and performance issues, providing recommendations for solutions.
• Work closely with the SAP Basis team to ensure system stability and performance optimization.
• Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP APO modules to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP APO processes and troubleshooting procedures.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and other maintenance activities.
• Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of SAP APO functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience working with SAP APO modules.
• Strong technical understanding of SAP systems, with the ability to perform debugging and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Familiarity with SAP integration points and processes.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP APO implementation projects.
• Understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and its integration with SAP APO.
• Familiarity with other SAP modules such as SAP ECC, SAP BW, or SAP S/4HANA.
