Bent u een Business Analyst op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging?
Ik heb een 6 maanden contract voor een Business Process Analyst met ServiceNow ervaring die zal werken als onderdeel van een druk DevOps team in Utrecht. Het team werkt 4 dagen/32 uren per week met een verwachting om 2 dagen op kantoor te zijn.
Als Business Process Analyst zal u nauw samenwerken met de Platform Product Owner (PO), Scrum Master en het DevOps-team om platformprocessen in ServiceNow te optimaliseren.
Vereisten:
- Een achtergrond also Business Analyst met goeie kennis van Agile/Scrum methodologie.
- Ervaring met ServiceNow en het optimaliseren van platformprocessen.
- Uitstekende analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met diverse teams en stakeholders.
- Flexibiliteit om 2 dagen op kantoor te werken.
