HR Specialist - 285 p/d Inside IR35 - Hybrid, London - 6 months
We are currently recruiting for a HR Specialist to join one of our government clients for a 6 month contract. This role is offering 285 per day inside IR35. They are based in Westminster, London and can offer hybrid working.
They need a HR Specialist with experience of process mapping and process improvement work and a proven track record of working collaboratively with teams to deliver and embed an improved customer experience.
As the HR Specialist, you will work with specific teams within their People and Culture Team to map their processes end-to-end, taking into account the customer's full journey and experience. The role will then work with these teams to improve and embed these processes to provide an optimum and evidence-based customer experience throughout.
This work will directly support the implementation of our client's new ways of working and the transition to their new HR and Payroll System.
The role will also support internal skills building to ensure process mapping and process improvement work can be rolled out to more teams in future.
You will be reporting into the Head of Change.
