Summary:

Our client is looking for an Engagement and Communications Manager they will work as part of the clients project team which is supporting the implementation of the new legislation and will support the organisation's stakeholders through upcoming change.

Role Details:

Lead on communications and engagement activity within the clinical trials regulations programme to ensure that the views and experience of patients, the public and the research community inform our development and publication of guidance that will support people across the sector to follow these new regulations

Develop and maintain relationships with communications and engagement managers of partner and key stakeholder organisations, to help distribute our key messages in this work to specific stakeholders and/or sector-wide, depending on the message

Work closely with communications and engagement colleagues to ensure the key messages of each organisation are aligned and Embedded in each other's materials and communications

Plan and run stakeholder events such as workshops, interviews and user research to make sure that the new regulations and the guidance that we are developing to support them reflect user and stakeholder need

Deliver presentations and briefings to key external stakeholders, and internally as required, and providing materials to staff speaking on this work at workshops, training events and meetings as required

Work closely with the communications and policy and engagement teams to ensure key messages and opportunities in this work are shared with other programmes and audiences where appropriate

Work with Senior Engagement Manager, Programme Senior Responsible Officer, and Programme Manager to ensure activity is planned and recorded appropriately
