Production Support Lead - Insurance - London.

Our client, a leading reinsurance broker based in the City of London, requires a Senior Azure Production Support Lead to join their team. As Senior Azure Production Support Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and support of MERN stack applications and Legacy applications in a production environment. You will lead a team of production support engineers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of applications.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 5+years of experience as a Production Support Lead;
• Experience working and supporting enterprise cloud solutions, MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, NoSQL etc;
• Proven experience in leading a team of production support engineers coupled with strong leadership and mentoring skills;
• Skilled in supporting microservices architecture, APIs using API management, and data and application integration using Azure Integration Services;
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes; and
• Insurance industry experience preferred but not essential.
