EUC & Domain Engineer, MECM, Intune (Contract)
Location: Cirencester Country: UK Rate: £300 - £450 per day
 

EUC & Domain Engineer, MECM, 2nd, 3rd Line Desktop, Intune.

EUC specialist required for a market leading business based in Cirencester.

The main purpose of the assignment will be working as part of a team of 3rd line specialists, ensuring successful delivery of a multitude of EUC/desktop related BAU projects and tasks.

Monitoring and reporting of Operating System upgrades from Windows 10 to Windows 11 through MSoft Endpoint Analytics, Intune and MECM, identifying issues and problems, cause determination and resolution.

Attendance on site is 1-2 days per week.

Engagement is via umbrella company only.

General responsibilities: -

  • Maintenance of Windows 10 and Windows 11 EUC infrastructure across a large estate
  • Project reporting including monitoring progress and remediate any issues if required
  • Analyse applications using Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
  • Escalate technical issues to relevant 3rd line teams, where required

Technical skills required: -

  • Windows 10
  • Windows 11 ideally with rollout experience
  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
  • Microsoft Endpoint Analytics
  • Microsoft Autopilot
  • Microsoft Intune
