What you'll do:
As an Information Risk Lead, you will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of resilient and effective operational services. You will help establish a strong accountability model at all levels while maintaining strong relationships throughout the department. Your role will involve monitoring the IT risk profile, developing key risk indicators, and providing technical leadership to meet new regulatory requirements. You will also act as a central point of contact within IT, coordinating relationships with assurance functions.

. Contribute to ensuring Key IT Risks are supported by controls
. Lead the implementation of the first line process controls
. Continuously monitor the IT risk profile and develop key risk indicators
. Aggregate risk data for reporting to senior management
. Act as a central point of contact within IT to coordinate relationships with assurance functions
. Proactively maintain knowledge of changes to legislation and regulation impacting the IT risk profile
. Execute regular risk assessments and manage loss events and incidents accordingly

What you bring:
The ideal Information Risk Lead candidate brings more than five years of risk and control experience, preferably within the insurance industry. He/She possesses specific professional qualifications at degree level or equivalent. He/She has proven experience in managing relationships with internal business customers at a senior level. His/Her ability to interpret business strategy and translate this into IT strategy is exceptional. He/She demonstrates project management skills including managing multiple complex projects to quality, time and budget. He/She is not afraid to challenge key business decision-makers.
