Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Owner

Job Description:

Lemongrass is seeking an experienced and dynamic ServiceNow Platform Owner to lead our ServiceNow development team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in running development teams using Agile methodologies, along with extensive experience in man management. As the ServiceNow Platform Owner, you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting business requirements for changes and enhancements to the ServiceNow Platform, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers and administrators responsible for the ServiceNow Platform.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement Agile methodologies and best practices to drive efficient and effective delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather and prioritize business requirements for changes and enhancements to the ServiceNow Platform.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions that meet business needs while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support of ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and standards, and participate in ITIL process improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, features, and capabilities, and assess their applicability to the organization's needs.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and issues, and propose mitigation strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in running development teams using Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in man management, including performance management, coaching, and team development.
• Strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow Development, Administration, and Implementation.
• Experience gathering and interpreting business requirements for changes and enhancements to the ServiceNow Platform.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• ServiceNow certifications (eg, Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) preferred.
