Job Description:

A global IT-managed service provider is looking for a highly experienced Change Programme Manager to join their end client. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple, complex infrastructure change projects within the aviation sector. As a Programme Change Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain project management processes, methodologies, and tools to support the successful execution of infrastructure projects.
  • Work closely with operational stakeholders on people and process change.
  • Lead a team of project managers and coordinators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks to monitor and control project performance, risks, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, finance, and operations, to align project objectives and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, metrics, and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years of experience in a Programme leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple, complex infrastructure projects within the aviation or transportation sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (eg, PMBOK, Agile, PRINCE2) and tools (eg, Microsoft Project, JIRA, SharePoint).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certifications are preferred.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, such as aviation, with knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
