Senior Digital Performance Analyst - Inside IR35

Core Purpose

This role is needed to support 2 discovery teams who are running test and learns that explore aspects of the future service of the Heatlh Transformation Programme.

The teams need an analyst to work with them supporting and informing the work they do. You will use your interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships. This will involve collaborating to understand the team's priorities then supporting the development of the work and meaningful performance measures for their work as well as using your collating and analysing the data the tests they run produce. This may involve bringing together disparate data sources and analysing it to produce meaningful insights.

This is senior role and you will be a key role model for the digital performance community who will look to you to offer coaching and guidance on the best tools and methods of data collection to use.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in use of Google Tag Manager
• Can use SQL to extract data out of big query
• Experience with R and Python would be helpful but not essential

Knowledge and Experiece

• Previous experience of working in an agile team
• Previous experience of working in a discovery context
