Job Responsibilities/Objectives

Your role as the Customer Success Manager will be to create best practice blueprints to maximise enterprise client ROI, focusing on retention, growth, and strategic relationship development. This role requires extensive experience from a digital agency, problem-solving creativity, and the ability to leverage technical capabilities for continuous customer improvement

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Customer success experience with a focus on global/enterprise accounts within the digital environment
  • Previous experience in managing and coaching team members
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work within tight time frames and under pressure
  • Proficient in creating and delivering compelling presentations for technical products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working in a technical environment

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Degree in Related Field
  • Bilingual
  • Experience in various industries
  • Javascript or HTML or CSS
