Role Overview:
As a Full-Stack Java Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications within the financial exchange sector. You will play a key role in building and enhancing the core trading platforms and ensuring seamless integration across multiple systems. Your primary focus will be on the Back End using Java, while also delivering robust and scalable Front End solutions with Angular.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable Java-based applications.
• Design and implement responsive and intuitive Front End features using Angular.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver features in a fast-paced environment.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and design reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and other challenges across both Front End and Back End systems.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Java Developer with a strong focus on Java Back End development.
• Solid experience with Angular for Front End development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with database technologies (eg, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of financial markets and/or exchanges is a plus, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of German, French, or Italian is a plus but not essential.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
