Order to Cash Business Analyst (SAP OTC, SAP Workflow) - Remote (3 days) and Brussels (2 days) - English speaking

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Order to Cash Business Analyst (SAP OTC, SAP Workflow).

For this role it is mandatory you are onsite 2 days per week near Brussels and 3 days per week you can work remotely

Business Analyst to analyse some of client ordering eform and related BAU process.

Purpose is to fix/simplify them and ease their migration to PEGA

An Order to Cash Business Analyst to understand painpoints, and split this process up into its individual essential components accordingly. The analyst needs to make sure this is to be presented in a way that is understandable to customers and needs to be able to secure buy in from internal stakeholders on the proposed way forward. He/She should oversee the development of the new ordering flow, and Liaise with the Order orchestration team to make sure each individual component gets implemented correctly.

Lead and plan the definition, analysis, validation and maintenance of business requirements and business processes for large size/complexity/system risk projects by working in close liaison with customers and other divisions and in line with evolving business requirements.

Ensure that the non-functional requirements are in line with expectations.

Validate proposed solutions to technical and/or business problems in relation to current and future business environment, reconciling business requirements with technical solutions.

Build and maintain the business processes mapping in ARIS

Facilitate discussion within the people involved in order to get clarification and agreement on business requirements

Collaborate closely with development and quality assurance team in an agile way of working and via 3 amigos meeting to co-create the solution.

Facilitate the demo to end-users and when needed, organize the User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Contribute to the continuous improvement on how to have maximum effectiveness in a changing, Agile, environment. You participate in the life of the squad and in the Agile ceremonies.

Required expertise:

University degree or equivalent work experience

At least 5-7 years experience in business analysis, project development, 2 to 5 years of business process optimization

Professional knowledge and expertise

SAP Workflow and SAP OTC experience is a strong asset

Professional knowledge and expertise

Experience in Order-to-Cash or Order-to-Activation processes

Excellent analytical skills

Strong communication skills

Fluent in written and spoken English

Team player

Business Processes Optimization

Knowledge on Jira, Confluence is a plus
