Duration: 3 years freelance contract

Languages: Dutch and English

Strongly preferred: Certification in ITIL, and PMBOK and/or Prince 2.

Required:

• Higher education (Master or Bachelor) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent through experience.
• Demonstrable experience in technical environments in which the projects are situated.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects or development projects of which at-least 5 years of experience in leading and supervising projects with total budgets of at least 1000K EUR.
• Capacity to oversee multiple individual projects, and to manage and optimize the substantive connections between the various projects
• Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2
• Ability to use project management techniques and tools (risk management, issue management, ...)
• Knowledge of MS Project, MS Office (such as PowerPoint, Excel, ...).
• Very good knowledge of the terminology, organization, roles and processes of the PM methodology (eg Prince-2, PMI, PMBOK), preferably demonstrated by certification.
• Ability to transfer expert knowledge in the field

Desired:

• Demonstrable experience as a developer
• Demonstrable knowledge of SAP HR
• Demonstrable experience with government companies/public sector
• Demonstrable experience with project management techniques and tools (risk management, issue management, etc.)
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with ITIL.
