IAM Business Analyst - Brussels/Paris/Amsterdam - 1+ year contract

Next Ventures is partnered with a leading Financial Services client who is hiring a Business Analyst to join the IDAM division. You will be offered a 1 year extendable contract with hybrid working (remote + 4 days per month onsite in either Brussels, Paris or Amsterdam offices).

Responsibilities:

• You will play a key role in implementing, managing, and securing access across IT infrastructure.
• Your role will involve supporting the Project Lead in scope definition by understanding the overall objective and constraints in the field of Identity and Access Management.
• You will collect requirements and transform them into a structured and comprehensive work product.
• You will also define clear acceptance criteria which can serve as a comprehensive test set.

• 3-5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts like access provisioning, role-based access control, JML processes, and security standards (eg, SAML, OAuth).
• Proven experience onboarding applications into IAM tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Tableau, Power BI, and experience in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
