Overview

Vice President Director, Technology - AI Strategy & Solutions at Digitas: Digitas is seeking a Vice President Director, Technology - AI Strategy & Solutions to enhance agency operations by applying generative AI and data to digital marketing operations. You'll join a team that's building and maturing our bespoke AI platform in service of the agency, creating, deploying, and supporting custom AI agents that increase efficiency and productivity while keeping us at the cutting edge for clients. You will partner with internal stakeholder teams to analyze processes, identify pain points, map opportunities, apply a technical strategy lens, and deliver AI transformation solutions. Generative AI will be a core focus; the role will also involve automation technologies and process/workflow optimization. You'll join a collaborative environment serving Fortune 500 clients and shaping the future of digital experiences with AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Be a key representative of the Digitas AI team to internal partners and stakeholders across the agency.
  • Partner with internal teams and subject-matter experts to deliver AI solutions for functions such as Strategy, Data & Analysis, Media, Experience Design, Project Management, Social, and cross-capability client solution streams (Total Commerce, CRM, Creative Experience).
  • Drive end-to-end discovery, strategy, and delivery of AI-powered projects using our generative AI platform.
  • Architect, prototype, and implement innovative solutions across diverse use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ideate, develop, and launch new agents and experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to expand and enhance the core platform; work with the platform development team to define use cases, feature requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Help define intake, planning, and delivery processes that enable scalable, sustainable, and impactful work.
  • Build and execute rollout, training, support, and maintenance processes and practices.
  • Present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences with clarity and confidence.
  • Report to the Vice President Group Director, Technology, Agency and Media Solutions; partner with AI Program Director, AI Media Solutions Digital Product Manager, and AI leaders within agency disciplines.
Qualifications
  • 9+ years in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst role with significant digital/technology project experience.
  • 5+ years consulting or working in a digital agency environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business or Technology-related field preferred.
  • Robust expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, with hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing solutions.
  • Proven capability in system/business analysis and driving product development from ideation to launch.
  • Proficient in modern AI platforms, tools, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering innovation.
  • Adaptability to handle risk, change, and feedback while maintaining composure under pressure.

Compensation Range: $135,375 - $207,424 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, and the Company reserves the right to modify the pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system, and may qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria are met.
