Our Technology & Innovation team owns the development and maintenance of the cloud-based infrastructure that powers our long-term analytics initiatives. We design, build, and enhance secure client-facing portals and analytics dashboards-leveraging AWS serverless architecture and a React framework to process, visualize, and deliver actionable insights. We collaborate closely with our Strategy & Analytics practice to optimize data workflows, modernize ETL pipelines, and integrate applied AI features into production analytics solutions for our clients.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who enjoys solving challenging problems and taking full ownership of modern, cloud-based applications. You'll drive the design, development, and deployment of portal-based web applications that bring data and insights to life using technologies like React, Python, and AWS. You'll work closely with other developers and analysts to help shape our technical direction and drive innovation across our analytics and AI solutions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What You'll Bring

• Strong experience developing modern web applications using JavaScript, React, and Python
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services (Amplify, Lambda, Cognito, API Gateway, CodeBuild, CloudFormation, CloudWatch)
• Strong familiarity with SQL for querying, aggregating, and integrating data within cloud-based applications
• Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud deployment practices, and automated build pipelines
• Experience working with internal stakeholders of varying levels to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Solid understanding of data processing, ETL workflows, and analytics integration within web applications
• Ability to influence technical direction and long-term evolution of platforms
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Additional Skills We Value

• Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms
• Experience integrating or experimenting with AI- or LLM-based tools (eg, OpenAI API, AWS Bedrock, LangChain)
