Role Description

UST is a mission-driven group of 29,000+ practical problem solvers and creative thinkers in more than 30 countries. Our entrepreneurial teams are empowered to innovate, act nimbly, and create a lasting and sustainable impact for our clients, their customers, and the communities in which we live. With us, you'll create a boundless impact that transforms your career-and the lives of people across the world. Visit us at UST.com. UST founded UST FinX in 2025 to liberate mid-tier financial institutions from the burdens of Legacy technology with the least amount of pain, investing in a strong team to bring to market the first fully managed composable best-of-breed cloud native banking platform. The Fintech model for the mid-tier banks is broken, great individual solutions, but costs and risks associated with a composable, non-integrated ecosystem are too high. UST FinX was founded to solve this by taking on the risk and burden of owning the entire stack and be the single point of contact for our clients.
