Role Description

This is a Full time on-site role for a Senior Engineer located in San Diego, CA. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for leading and managing engineering projects, performing detailed technical analyses, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, providing mentorship to junior engineers, while collaborating directly with leadership. Daily tasks include hands on design and development of plans, while also overseeing the executing civil engineering projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Land Development Projects (Discretionary Permits, Grading Permits, Stormwater Design, Hydraulic and Hydrology Reports, and Project Management)
  • Proficiency in civil engineering software such as Civil 3D, SWMM, SDHM, HEC-RAS, Revu
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of industry standards, local codes, and regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in one or more States is highly preferred (AZ, CA, HI, MA, NV, TN, TX, VA)
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
