Title: Software engineer

Pay: $75-$85 per hour

Type: Hybrid

• Design and build distributed, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Leverage AWS cloud services to build resilient, scalable solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver customer-focused features
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions
• Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and security
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with Java and object-oriented programming concepts

• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, or similar frameworks
• Hands-on experience building microservices and APIs
• Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, EKS, RDS, etc.)
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
