Role: Salesforce Delivery Manager
Location: Remote (Client based in Germany)
Language: English (German is a plus)
Contract Duration: 6 to 12 months, with option for extension
Availability: 40 hours per week (32 hours per week negotiable)
Start Date: ASAP (Not interesting after July)

What You'll Do:

• Gather and document client requirements as a Business Analyst.

• Plan, execute, and oversee project activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

• Design Salesforce solutions to meet client needs, with a focus on digital transformation and private equity environments.

• Lead and motivate the team in a fully remote setting to achieve optimal performance.

• Maintain strong relationships with client contacts and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress and results.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience as a Delivery Manager.

• Strong project management skills.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with knowledge of Salesforce.

• Experience with digital transformation projects, preferably within private equity.

• Fluent in English (knowledge of German is a plus).

• Ability to start as soon as possible, with a preference for Full time availability (40 hours per week, 32 hours per week negotiable).
