The role

The NetSuite Functional Consultant is responsible for the requirement gathering and functional design of the NetSuite implementation and is responsible for supporting the customer in UAT and Training.

Who are we looking for

1. 5+ Years of NetSuite ERP implementation experience
2. Good business process knowledge including Procure to Pay, Inventory (Demand Planning, multi-location management), Order to Cash, CRM/SFA, etc.
3. Basic accounting knowledge in Financials (AP, AR, GL).
4. Should have been a part of at least 2-3 full cycle NetSuite implementations.
5. Strong communication and strong business requirements/process documentation skills.
6. Attention to detail and ability to handle large meetings.
7. Ability to capture use cases and perform gap analysis.
8. Should be a team player, ability to deliver on time with high quality.
9. Should have End to end NetSuite process knowledge to guide customers.
10. Maintain NetSuite users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules.
11. Customize NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards.
12. Develop training materials and hands-on training for all functional areas.
13. Provide insight into ERP, CRM data to staff, managers, and executives.

What you will do

1. Onsite presence for customer interactions.
2. Conduct requirement gathering workshops and document the requirements.
3. Create and document Functional designs.
4. Perform Gap analysis and coordinate with Technical team on delivery.
5. Perform basic testing to ensure requirements are satisfied.
6. Support customer in UAT and training.
7. Develop training materials.
8. Create roles, fields, forms, dashboards, etc.
9. Implement the requirement modules (O2C/P2P/R2R).
10. Execute digital service delivery for mobile enterprise, digital inventory, third party and agency training\support.
11. Provide insights to customer regarding best practices and NetSuite features.
