Project Coordinator - 2 months Contract - £300/day Outside IR35 - hybrid Midlands - SCC FLEX CONTRACT

The Project Coordinator will support digital delivery by managing resource allocation, capacity planning, and cross-team coordination. With previous NHS experience, they will understand clinical and operational pressures, ensuring resources are assigned effectively across multiple projects while maintaining service continuity.

Your responsibilities as a Project Coordinator:

• Assess team capacity, skills, and availability to allocate resources across digital projects.
• Identify resourcing gaps, risks, and constraints, escalating where needed.
• Maintain accurate resource plans, schedules, and utilisation reports.
• Provide clear, data-driven updates to digital stakeholders to support project planning and future pipeline decisions.
• Coordinate with project managers and delivery teams to align resource assignments with timelines and priorities.
• Support governance by maintaining documentation and improving resource-management processes.

As a suitable Project Coordinator, you will have:

• Previous NHS experience with an understanding of clinical and operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of resource planning, workload management, and multi-project coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable working in fast-paced digital teams.
