? Act as the primary onshore delivery representative
? Manage client's expectations and perceived delivery performance
? Serve as an escalation point of contact, responding and routing issues appropriately
? Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders
? Navigate a complex organisational structure to identify ownership and decision makers
? Bridge communication between client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams
? Ensure offshore teams receive clear, timely, and accurate context and requirements
? Support dependency management and issue resolution across delivery teams
?Provide guidance and consultation on good delivery practices where possible
? Help smooth communication during high-pressure or challenging delivery periods
Must have skills:
Extensive stakeholder management in complex organisations
Experience overseeing multiple delivery teams
Ability to operate effectively in regulated, enterprise environments
