F5 Network Engineer - Jira

Location - Manchester or Leeds or Edinburgh (2 days per week in the office)

A Tier 1 Investment banking client are looking for an engineer who is a F5 Technical SME

You will work with the F5 team managing and delivering project requirements through and automated pipeline or through the manual GUI for Legacy installations

Key responsibilities include

• Develop LTM and DNS configuration
• Supporting AWAF and AFM ACL.

Key skills:

1. JIRA request F5
2. Understand patterns - eg routes, cloud, data centre etc
3. Technical SME on F5
4. Architectural side

Any experience of automation pipe lining would be advantageous as would public cloud experience, however training is available and would be provided as required for project delivery.

You would be supporting production and pre-production environments, and ensuring compliance with organisational standards. The position will anticipate some OOH work for change delivery.

The role also includes collaboration with colleagues for guidance and support, conducting study activity within our experienced SME community.
