Join a dynamic team supporting the Innovation Banking arm of Commercial Banking as a Data Scientist. The role emphasizes the delivery of daily, fast-turnaround reports and requires a strong expertise in predictive analytics, proficient use of Python and BigQuery. This position focuses on delivering actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency, rather than engaging in transformational activities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze historical data to provide forward-looking predictions for bankers.

• Utilize predictive analytics and statistical models to derive insights.

• Work with structured BAU data in BigQuery and GCP environments.

• Collaborate in an agile team environment to address changing reporting requests.

• Provide actionable insights for BAU reporting through complex analysis.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in predictive analytics and statistical modelling.

• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.

• Experience working with BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Ability to interpret business requests and translate them into technical solutions.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
