As a Transformation Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering strategic change initiatives that improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape and deliver impactful solutions that align with organisational strategy and long-term objectives.

In this role, you will:

• Identify, define, and support change initiatives that deliver clear customer value and measurable commercial benefits.

• Engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders to secure input, alignment, and commitment throughout delivery.

• Elicit, document, and agree end-to-end requirements spanning people, processes, and technology.

• Contribute across multiple workstreams, programmes, and strategic portfolios, supporting the delivery of complex, high-value initiatives.

• Track and evaluate the success of solution design and execution, ensuring outcomes align with strategic goals.

• Strong analytical capability and strategic thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven experience in business analysis, including the application of appropriate tools, techniques, and methodologies.

• Experience supporting change management and working effectively across diverse teams.

• A growth mindset, with a strong motivation to learn, develop, and progress.
