We are seeking a Contract Business Analyst/Project Manager to act as a critical interface between the Product teams and Finance within a complex financial services environment.

This role suits a hybrid BA/PM who is comfortable translating product-driven initiatives into clear, actionable impacts for Finance and Actuarial teams.

The role

• Sit between the Product team and Finance, acting as the bridge between business strategy and financial delivery

• Analyse recommendations and change requests coming from the product team and assess implications for Finance

• Engage closely with Finance and Actuarial stakeholders to understand impacts across:

  • Processes

  • Systems

  • Data and reporting

• Work alongside Solution Architects to shape and support solution design

• Own and document business requirements, impact assessments, and delivery considerations

• Provide light project management support, ensuring clarity, alignment, and progress

About you

• 5 + years experience in a hybrid BA/PM role in a Financial Services environment

• Strong understanding of Financial Services products, with experience working in Finance environments

• Comfortable engaging with senior Finance and Actuarial stakeholders

• Experienced in analysing end-to-end impacts across processes, systems, and data

• Able to operate independently in a contract, delivery-focused role

This role is Outside of IR35 and requires 2-3 days a week in their City of London office
