Synapri are working with an industry-leading consultancy to hire 3 Data-focused Business Analysts on an Outside IR35 contract. This role will require some travel to London, likely once a week at most.

The client is keen to see people with a policing or justice background who are used to dealing with high-pressure and high-status stakeholders with deep knowledge of data implementation projects.

The requirements for this role are to:

• Work closely with end users, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and validate outcomes.
• Data analysis and interpretation of complex structures to support successful data migration projects.
• Design, document, and deliver data mapping specifications aligned to business and technical requirements.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the migration process.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement during data migration activities.
• Produce clear documentation and reporting to support project governance and audit requirements.
• Experience in system integration and large-scale transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of information governance, data security, and compliance requirements within the public sector.
• Design, document, and deliver data mapping specifications aligned to business and technical requirements.

This contract will run for an initial 3-month period with scope for extension, the whole scheme of work is likely to last over 12 months.

This will require SC Clearance to be held from the offset.
