We're working with a firm that's looking to bring in an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to support the delivery of large-scale, enterprise technology initiatives. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys being close to complex delivery while helping shape how platforms evolve.

The organisation operates across multiple strategic technology streams and values delivery leaders who can confidently bridge the gap between engineering teams and wider stakeholders.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in technical delivery management within complex environments
• A solid technical background, with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams
• Experience delivering identity, Middleware, or integration-led programmes

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading hands-on delivery of identity and access management initiatives, including migration and implementation projects
• Overseeing Middleware upgrade and modernisation workstreams
• Supporting the delivery of API-based platforms and services, working closely with technical teams
