Relocation Delivery Manager SC, 550 neg inside Hampshire/Newport
Delivery Manager -Significant experience in building relocation projects with focus on the technical requirements needed for relocation.
SC Cleared ideally
Hybrid working - 2 days per week onsite in Newport or Hampshire
Start date - ASAP until 31st March 2025 - possible extension
Rate 550-600 pd Inside IR35

A senior delivery manager is accountable for the effective delivery of complex, high risk products and services and should have experience across a range of products and services throughout the entire product life cycle and haver responsibility and accountability as the main point of escalation.
Must have strong communication skills and engage senior stakeholders.
Oversee the deployment of programs, systems, or services, coordinating all of the parties involved to ensure a smooth process with minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of high-risk products and services, ensuring successful outcomes.
Share expertise with other team members, nurturing their growth and development.
Maintain open lines of communication with high-level interested parties, effectively advocating for their team.
Contribute to strategic decision-making, steering the direction of products and service delivery.
Qualifications required.
A recognised project or programme management qualification or evidence of professional training (eg, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Agile, Prince2 etc) is desirable.
Essential
Significant experience in building relocation projects with focus on the technical requirements needed for relocation.
This includes:
-Identifying technical requirements are needed.
-Planning and implementation of technical requirements.
-Managing relevant technical teams to plan and implement the requirements.
-Co-ordinate the technical implementation.
Planning
Lead a continual planning process in a very complex environment.
Plan beyond product delivery.
Identify dependencies in plans across services and coordinate delivery.
Coach other teams as the central point of expertise.
Coach and leads teams in Agile and Lean practices where appropriate.
Plan and engage with the appropriate stakeholders at a particular stage in the project.
