IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultant - SC Cleared - Outside IR35

Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in London, remainder remote

We are seeking a highly capable IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultant to join a small, senior delivery team as part of a live transformation programme. You will work alongside two other consultants in a collaborative delivery environment, supporting the design and documentation of ITSM processes across a multi-supplier landscape.

This role would suit someone who has led ITSM design engagements in complex delivery environments, with a strong understanding of ITIL v4 and the ability to navigate ambiguity, drive consensus, and deliver to high standards under time pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and documentation of complex ITSM processes aligned to ITIL v4 and contractual requirements.

• Secure sign-off from multiple stakeholders including internal teams and third-party service integrators.

• Facilitate workshops with delivery partners and stakeholders to drive alignment and process agreement.

• Operate independently in a high-tempo delivery environment, proactively identifying and resolving gaps or risks in process design.

Required Skills & Experience

• Active SC Clearance - used within last 12 months

• Demonstrable experience designing and documenting ITIL v4-aligned ITSM processes.

• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills across internal and external teams.

• Comfortable working in ambiguous and complex environments involving multiple suppliers.

• Ability to operate autonomously and at pace, producing high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.
