Essential Skills:

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or senior engineering role in digital delivery.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience designing APIs, microservices, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of security principles, identity management, and government security standards.
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, automation).
• Ability to produce clear architectural documentation and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Experience working with the GDS Service Standard and GOV.UK design principles.
