Senior Project Coordinator £350 per day via Umbrella - 3-month contract - Birmingham Onsite - SCC Flex Contract

We're looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to manage the end-to-end removal of IT equipment, will oversee the entire kit-removal process, working with third-party suppliers, internal stakeholders, and on-site teams to ensure all hardware is identified, scheduled, collected, and removed according to project timelines.

Your responsibilities as the Senior Project Coordinator:

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end removal of equipment
• Work with six external third-party suppliers, ensuring clear communication, daily updates, and aligned schedules.
• Identify where each piece of kit is located and determine its correct destination.
• Plan, schedule, and track collection and removal activities.
• Ensure all actions follow the provided cleaning and clearance workflow.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Act as the main on-site point of contact throughout the project.
• Escalate issues promptly and proactively remove blockers to keep the project on track.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and clear expectations.

As a successful Senior Project Coordinator, you will have:

• Proven experience in project coordination, service transitions, logistics, or multi-supplier management.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Confident communicator able to coordinate several third parties simultaneously.
• Able to work onsite, 5 days per week
• Comfortable taking ownership and driving outcomes under tight deadlines.
