We are looking for a highly skilled Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) with strong Process Mining expertise to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business process optimization and technical Pega delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end Pega solutions in line with SSA best practices

• Apply process mining techniques to analyze, optimize, and transform business processes

• Translate process mining insights into scalable Pega workflows and case designs

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and optimization opportunities

• Ensure solutions align with Pega Guardrails and enterprise architecture standards

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to overall delivery excellence

Required Skills & Experience

• Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) certification

• Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform (case management, decisioning, integrations)

• Proven expertise in Process Mining (eg, Pega Process Mining, Celonis, or similar tools)

• Ability to interpret process data and drive actionable improvements

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital transformation or BPM initiatives

• Exposure to AI-driven process optimization

• Background in consulting or complex enterprise environments
