Location: Remote Country: UK Rate: up to 487 per day outside IR35

Our Health Care client is looking for a Social Care Project Manager (none patient facing) to work in a hybrid capacity for 4-5 months initially
Qualifications/training
Registered DIGITAL Professional - PRINCE2 and MSP Educated to relevant Masters Degree level or equivalent experience Appropriate demonstrable experience (eg Significant experience working in a similar environment at Masters Level)
Demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages with standard keyboard skills ECDL Level 2 or equivalent
Experience required:
Significant management experience in a senior role including staff management
Experience of successfully leading and implementing projects/programmes at a national level Expertise in delivering highly specialist project and programme management services
Experience of managing budgets Experience of working with commercial suppliers and external agencies
Experience of successfully leading and implementing project driven change management
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and analysis effectively to differentorganisations and audiences; including formal presentations eg Board level and UK wide conferences
Essential Criteria
Demonstrable ability to provide, receive and record both routine and complexcommunications, electronically, orally and written
Ability to overcome barriers associated with conveying highly complex technical informationto a non-technical audience
Ability to organise, plan and prioritise a strategic programme to meet appropriate deadlines
Ability to work closely with people in other disciplines and form professional working relationships
Demonstrable ability to carry out analysis, interpretation and comparison of complex change management and service improvement training issues
Ability to present and showcase achievements and progress of the programme
Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of an organisation

Ability to gain an understanding of other professionals problem solving requirements
Has the capability and aptitude to interpret local and national policy for the health economy
Ability to translate strategy into action
Able to make decisions and be guided by board organisational polices
Demonstrable additional specialist knowledge and expertise eg advanced presentation and facilitation skills
Knowledge of the NHS broader Modernisation AgendaUnderstand the requirements of Information Governance in relation to the NHS
