Procurement Officer - IT & Telecoms (Contract)
Location: Hybrid - Reading or Scotland Country: UK Rate: £450 to 550 per day (Umbrella rate)
We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join our FTSE100 client. You will have a broad knowledge of IT & Telco markets, business needs and UK Procurement Legislation.
You'll have a good understanding of relevant statutory and legal provisions, with a strong ability to draft contracts with special terms. An understanding of standard form contracts NEC3 is desirable, but not essential.
Experience required:
- IT procurement experience of at least 5 to 10 years
- Proficient in contract knowledge and use of IT contracts including the authoring of terms.
- Excellent Stakeholder management
The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP. The role for the foreseeable future will be hybrid with 1 to 2 days per week in Reading, Perth or Glasgow. The role will be umbrella based working. Direct applicants only please
