Junior Applications Developer (Full Stack) - Law Firm (Permanent)
Location: Central London Country: UK Rate: £45-50k + Benefits
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Working in a small team of experienced Developers on a variety of exciting projects with a focus on Web and API development.
  • This role is responsible for reviewing, systems analysis, specification, design, build, testing, implementation and documentation of projects to solve business operational needs.
  • Translating the business requirements from senior firm members, including Partners and the Business Support Leadership Group.
  • Aiding the firm in identifying technical solutions to particular problems, requirements, and business development.
  • Integrating third-party, existing, and potential new applications and processes with custom solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
  • Maintain and develop enhancements to existing in-house solutions
  • Test and debug code to ensure proper functionality
  • Participate in developing and implementing processes that improve efficiency and enhance productivity.
  • Develop a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Skills Required

  • Modern JavaScript UI framework - Angular 4+/TypeScript (2+ years' experience)
  • Full stack languages C#, JavaScript, Node.js, jQuery, HTML, CSS
  • Experience of ASP. Net Core Web API/Entity Framework Core
  • Good understanding of database concepts, IIS and SQL.

Desirable:

  • AWS, Azure, RESTful, Jira, BitBucket, Confluence/Azure DevOps, GitHub

This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH.
