About the role

Based out of their Aberdeen office, you will be responsible for managing the IT team who are responsible for: help desk tickets, user requests, making sure everything is online, available, and performing at its highest ability. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for team management and will collaborate with departmental heads across numerous areas within the business. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery to all employees, own and manage the IT process and policy including all area of security and cyber-security.

What we're looking for

  • Experience of working in a similar role as part of a management team, a minimum of 5 years
  • An analytical mind-set
  • Maintain the highest professional standards to ensure the company is not in a position of risk.
  • Ability to build supportive relationships at all levels across the company.
  • Strong technical analysis and trouble-shooting skills
