Scrum Master - Insurance

£600 per day - Umbrella engagement

London - Hybrid - 1x day a week

6-month initial contract - Long term programme of work

Sanderson is currently working with an insurance firm undergoing an organisation-wide Agile transformation. The client requires an experienced Scrum Master with a background in the insurance sector to support an established team that is new to Agile ways of working.

The role involves working closely with pricing analysts, underwriters, and data scientists across multiple workstreams. As such, the ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge and prior experience working within underwriting and pricing teams.
