Our client, a leading London Market Insurance organisation, are looking for a IT & Change Business Analyst/Project Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

We're looking for a dynamic professional to take on a hybrid role combining Business Analysis and Project Management. You'll work across all areas of the business, leading initiatives that drive modernisation of both technical systems and operational processes.

You'll be a great fit for this role if:

• You are an experienced Business Analyst or Project Manager
• You have experience delivering both change and IT projects
• You have London Market or commercial Insurance experience

This position is offered as a permanent role. The successful candidate will be expected to work onsite in the London office 5 days per week to support collaboration and effective delivery.
