Governance Analyst for an Insuretech business

Framework Design and Implementation: Design, implement and regularly update a comprehensive technology governance and controls framework, including associated policies and processes. Ensure the framework, policies and processes are robust and tailored

Technology Risk Management: Develop risk management strategies to reduce the likelihood of non- compliance. Identify and manage risks related to IT Operations, Cyber Security, Privacy and Governance. Monitor compliance with industry best practice and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Actively collaborate with the Operational Risk and Internal Audit teams, business analysts and other key stakeholders. This collaboration is essential to ensure the technology governance and controls framework is comprehensive, functional and aligns with organisational objectives.

Compliance and Auditing: Regularly review and audit our technology practices in coordination with Security GRC analysts to ensure adherence to the governance framework and identify areas for improvement.
