The role:

My client are looking to add an Application Support Team Leader to their ranks in a particularly busy period.

Responsibilities:

• Assuring and improving Support function efficiency
• Handling escalations and coordinating responses during incidents
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Providing mentoring and guidance to Engineers
• Taking ownership of critical issues
• Driving continuous improvement
• Working hand in hand with other teams to provide Product related insights and relaying bugs
• Driving training and development
• Demonstrating best practices
• Contributing technically to incidents
• Delivering and taking responsibility for service reviews

Core skills required:

• Experience working in an Application Support Team Lead capacity
• Linux
• SQL
