A global organisation is delivering a large-scale Operational AI programme focused on driving measurable operational efficiency and business process optimisation. They are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join a centralised TPM function, providing hands-on delivery leadership across AI-driven operational initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and value realisation, while playing a critical role in establishing consistent governance, standards, and delivery discipline across the programme. It is not a coordination-only role. You will challenge assumptions, shape delivery, and ensure AI initiatives translate into real, accountable business outcomes within an early-stage, evolving environment.
You will work closely with India-based technology delivery teams, Operational Product Owners, and US-based stakeholders, acting as the clear boundary between technology ownership and business accountability, and ensuring delivery focus, ownership, and ROI are maintained.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a senior Technical Product Manager within a centralised TPM organisation

Establish and apply consistent governance, standards, and ways of working across Operational AI initiatives

Translate operational and process needs into clear, executable technology outcomes

Challenge business cases, value assumptions, and proposed solutions

Enforce delivery discipline across estimation, planning, milestones, testing, and release readiness

Act as the boundary between technology ownership and operations/Product Owner accountability

Prevent solution dumping onto technology without clear ownership or value
Key Skills & Experience

Strong technical foundation (eg developer, engineer, technical analyst background)

Hands-on understanding of architecture concepts and the full software delivery lifecycle

Proven experience in delivery leadership, not just coordination

Ability to confidently challenge both business and technology stakeholders

Experience working within large, complex, global programmes

Comfortable operating across time zones, including regular US stakeholder engagement

Background in business transformation, operational change, or process optimisation initiatives
