ServiceNow Architect HAM - 3 months+ - Paris, France

For a large financial institution in Paris, France we are looking for a ServiceNow Architect with HAM experience for a 3 month+ extendable contract.

Your Experience

• ServiceNow HAM experience
• ServiceNow Architect plays a lead role in the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation projects and driving strategic transformational change of solution deployment
• Understand and follow the Best Practices and Standards/Guidelines of servicenow
• Participate in the Technical and Strategic board discussion
• Architect is responsible for evaluating an organization's business needs and determining how ServiceNow support their IT needs
• Gather, document, and create solution proposals throughout the ServiceNow Platform
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification
• ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification desirable
• Very good knowledge & experience in using ServiceNow ITSM Integration and ITOM, ITAM, CSDM.
• Preferred to possess good knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology or trainable in this area
• Ability to design a ServiceNow architecture that satisfies a client's requirements
• Experience working in a large cross-functional team environment
